Vivian (02:37) That's
one way to put it. Twinkle in mom's eye.
Chelsea (02:40) A twinkle of mom's eye.
Vivian (02:41) I do have fifteen years leg up on you on it. So I have been doing this for a very long time. Yeah, and before we dive into the topic at hand, I

Vivian (03:46) Yes.
Now can you give me a beep
Chelsea (03:54) Do you have a marketing
Vivian (03:56) I do have a marketing hot take.
Chelsea (03:58) Rare form. Okay, let's hear it.
Vivian (04:00) My marketing hot take for today is that I think small business owners are actually sitting on a treasure. And they kinda don't know.
Chelsea (04:12) All right. You know, okay, okay. I agree with Vivian. I don't think it's your guys' fault, of course. So we're not blaming you guys. we are professional marketers. So we are in this world and we're up to date and we know what's going on. As a small business owner, I mean you're the CEO, you're the accountant, you're the marketer, your account's payable, you're all the things. Yeah. That's difficult.
So yeah, I'm not surprised that they're probably sitting on this treasure trove and don't know about
Vivian (04:48) Yeah, and to be fully transparent, I do like watching a lot of the old school Nicolas Cage national treasure movies. So I feel like that also, anytime I think about an update like this, it just kinda gets me excited because I'm like, it's it's changing the game.
Chelsea (05:08) I dun wait, okay, no, wait. Where is this connection coming from?
Vivian (05:14) Because that's why I said you guys are sitting on a treasure.
Chelsea (05:17) Because you were just thinking about national treasure?
Vivian (05:21) National Treasure Nicolas Cage movie? Yes.
Chelsea (05:24) No, but like I d okay, you know what, y'all, just let her just let her talk.
Vivian (05:29) yes. So the let's kind of dive in from that perspective, okay? The the treasure that you guys are sitting on is okay. is actually
Chelsea (05:44) Invisible ink.
Vivian (05:45) Yes. Google Search Console. Yes. Now, Chelsea, do you wanna just remind the people what Google Search Console is? If if you are a small business owner, if you've never heard of this, don't worry.
Okay. It it could be for many reasons. Also, the one of the things that I think plays into this is that people may think this is a little above their pay grade as far as like technicality, like how technical it is to use it. And I'm here to tell you it's not. Okay, as someone who uses it, it's not. Okay. If I can use it, you can use it. So what is Google Search Console? So
Chelsea (06:20) Google Search Console is a free service offered by Google. you don't need Google Search Console to show up on Google, like if you're doing everything correctly and your site is up to snuff, you can still show up on Google Search. But a go the Google Search Console is gonna help you understand and improve how Google sees your website and
When you can improve that stuff, they're gonna push out your website more.
Vivian (06:54) Yeah, and I think I think that's the big part is it is an information hub that can very quickly show you if you're having any technical issues with your website or web page.
it also is gonna tell you like what keywords are working well, maybe what keywords you're not showing up for, and so you can find opportunities within that information that it's displaying. So just to give you guys an idea of three of the main things that Google really tells us this Google Search Console helps with. The first one is gonna be monitoring. So they say that you know, it's to show you which sites link to your website.
To confirm that Google can find your website and crawl it and display it in the search results.
Chelsea (07:43) Important.
Vivian (07:44) It's super important. And it also is gonna allow you to view that Google search traffic information and data. Okay, so monitoring is a big thing that they do, number one. The second big thing that Google Search Console can help you do is to maintain, okay, so if
you're signed into it, you can actually receive alerts whenever Google does encounter a problem. And if you're if you're saying, well, why would that happen if I set my website up the first time correctly? If you guys have not noticed, Google loves to sh change things up. And if something changes and your website kind of is not indexing correctly based off of that change they made, if you need to go in and do something else, provide extra information,
That's the kind of stuff you want to know.
Chelsea (08:34) Also, sometimes things just break. Yeah. for no reason
Vivian (08:36) Yeah. Uh-huh. and then the other thing is troubleshooting, so fixing the actual issue that you're having, being able to log into Google Search Console, you have an avenue to be able to do that. And obviously, if you're having issue with it, we do recommend that you look for the point of contact or the email or the help ticket.
thing form that you could fill out and send to Google, right? Yeah. So and Google seems to be pretty responsive about stuff. So it may not be something that you get information back on in twenty four hours, but eventually at least you have an avenue for reaching out to the platform. Okay.
Chelsea (09:16) So let's talk about Vivian, why it actually matters as a small business owner and why you should be using Google Search Console. I mean, for one, this goes back to what I mentioned earlier, which is as a small business owner, you're everything. You know, you're the website developer. You're the accountant, you're the CEO, you're all the things. This Google Search Console is very easy.
In the sense that it has everything that you need relating to Google search all in one spot. And that's stuff that you need to be looking at if you want your website to do well.
Vivian (09:57) Yeah, and the to hit that home, you know, you guys really you are marketers whether or not you want to be at this point you own a business. Congratulations, you're officially a marketeer, okay? And as a marketer, you need to have like a curiosity regarding this kind of stuff. And the curiosity being what pages are actually working on my website?
What search terms are actually leading people to my website and what is it that I'm using that is getting people to click through and actually land on my page? Also, how long are they staying on that page? You know, all of this stuff all can point to you being able to piece together a very good picture of whether or not your website is doing you any favors, right? Or if you can improve it. So
As a marketer, you need to know. As a small business owner, I mean you're out here to make dough, you guys, and information is gonna help you kind of get from point A to point B a lot quicker, right? So why not utilize the tool that could help you figure out a lot quicker how can I make sales, right? Or how can I make bigger sales better? It's
Chelsea (11:21) Vivian I say this all the time, but everything is connected
So when you look at your search results or what pages on your website do the best, all that stuff, you're answering multiple questions for your business.
Vivian (11:37) Absolutely. And so it also gives you like you're saying a it gives you a pulse on your business in general. And as a good small business owner, you should know that the the last thing I'll say as far as like what you mentioned wearing the hats, because you guys are wearing multiple hats, you may have a website administrator, you may not, you may be the one actually going in and making the changes. If you're going in and actually you yourself
Putting your website up, making the changes, keeping, maintaining it, you absolutely have to use Google Search Console. If you have offloaded it to somebody else, that's okay. You still need to ask them to either every once in a while, maybe once a quarter, supply you with reports from actual Google Search Console.
So that you can see either improvement or if something has changed in the keywords, the phrases that people are looking to find you. But either way, for all those reasons, you guys just kinda need to be using it. Okay. So think of this as your Canva. If you're using Canva, okay, you
Chelsea (12:44) Okay.
Vivian (12:45) need to be using Google Search Console too. Okay. Like I get it, Canva is really great and quick for graphics and all that stuff. Google Search Console is
Really great and quick for all web stuff. Search stuff. Okay.
Chelsea (12:59) Your
analytics. We have this conversation all the time. And I will not stop talking about it. Okay. You need to actually look at your analytics.
Vivian (13:08) If
you guys pay her fifty dollars, if you donate fifty dollars right now to the podcast through buy me a coffee, she'll stop talking about it.
Chelsea (13:17) For fifty dollars? No. I love analytics. It's gotta be more money than that. Fifty dollars is not enough.
Vivian (13:24) Mm.
Chelsea (13:25) We'll talk about it then. If you send me five hundred dollars, I'll I'll find a better w not a better way. I'll find a more incognito way to talk about analytics.
Vivian (13:36) I
love that word, incognito. All right. So incognito tell us Okay. Where we can actually access. If someone is like, hey, I've never tapped into this, where can I go to start playing around with the Google search console and seeing what
Chelsea (13:51) Okay, so the website link is search.google.com/search-console/about. Okay, it will be in the show notes. Yes. It will be on your screen if you're watching the video version of this podcast. So go to the show notes to to find this. If you did not appreciate me, just
Vivian (14:18) Rambling it
Chelsea (14:19) It out, yeah.
Vivian (14:22) All right. And the the other thing you could do, honestly, you guys, you could go to Google.com and in the search bar type in Google Search Console. It will lead you to the about page for it. And then in there what you do is you actually will sign in using your Google account that you want to use. Now
Just this is the hardest part. I'm gonna be up front about it. This is the most technical part of this. Okay. It's to actually set up what you're connecting to Google Search Console. The great thing is they call these properties. Okay. And so you can you can have multiple properties. So you can look at different if you have different websites, if you have different landing pages, you can track all of that information on there.
And we're gonna get into it, but you can actually add a new type of property which we're super excited about. Okay, but I'm not gonna ruin the surprise. Okay I'm not gonna ruin the treasure. the Okay. But the way you go in there is once you've set up and signed in through your Google account.
You add a property, you're gonna have two options. Okay. And the two options are either you can add a domain property or you can add a URL prefix property. Okay. Now, Google will have instruction. You can look it up on which would be best. Just you know, overview if
You are looking for something that is a little more of an overview and some tracking a website all together, okay, and you want some of the more general information, you're gonna type in a domain property, okay? That's the broad view. The URL prefix property option is actually going to give you way more in-depth information, and the way it does that is like
he'll actually give you information on like parts of that particular web page, which is like the header or, you know, certain things. So if you want go ahead.
Chelsea (16:24) I was gonna say a way to think of this is for the domain you're having it analyze your entire website. Right. But when you do the URL, you're saying look at this very specific web page.
Vivian (16:39) That's right. Yeah. Yeah. That's right.
Chelsea (16:41) So you're niching down or narrowing down.
Vivian (16:44) yeah, narrowing down. if you are confused by this or you don't know which option is best,
Chelsea (16:51) Zooming in. Sorry.
Vivian (16:53) diving in, chiseling your way through, go ahead and Google will have some information on which one you can select.
The other thing that I wanted to cover very quickly is as far as when you guys are looking at okay, we've talked about it's a really great place for you to collect data and that data is gonna indicate to you and tell you or can help you improve your marketing, right? Yes. Some of the very simple reports that has in there that you can look at, the data points are total clicks. Okay. So how many times users clicked on your search results.
total impression. So that's how often the results were displayed to users. Okay. I.e. you guys, you want that number to be high, okay? You want to show up on display results, right? And if that's if that number's a little low, then it's an indication that, hey, your your website's not doing what it's supposed to be doing, which is getting you eyeballs, or at least getting you considered for eyeballs. Okay.
Average click through rate, so obviously the percentage of impressions that result in a click, right? That's a very important number for us as small business owners. And then your average position in those search results. And we all know that the name of the game is we wanna be up higher. You don't wanna be on page ten of a Google search result. Okay. You wanna be on page one up towards that top of that fold. Absolutely. So that people don't have to scroll down.
Chelsea (18:26) Before you keep going, Vivian, I wanna go back to something you said a second ago. You had said you wanna make sure your website is doing what it's supposed to be doing. Yeah. Getting you eyeballs and getting people on it. You don't have a website because you're a small business and you have to have a website. I mean, that's probably part of it. But your website is designed to convert. That's what it needs to be doing. You as a business
You want to be making money. Your website is there to help you make money.
Vivian (19:00) you are taking the time and effort to create a website. Yes. That website needs to have a purpose. The purpose of that website should be to provide information to attract the right
customer to easily try to sell your business when you can't. Okay. You can't have 20 million conversations. Really, that website should should lead to at least them saying like, I want to buy this product or service, or I want to reach out to the person and I'm already like further along in my decision making, right? Because that saves you time. But it should be a good representation. And to her point, don't
I feel like a lot of times we're like, okay, I've a new I have a new business. I need to be what am I doing? I need to have a website. I need to have a Google business profile. I need to have social media. I need to like we do it because it's a checklist without actually going back and thinking, Okay, but the the purpose of the website is to represent my business when I can't be there to represent it and to represent it online in
this environment where there are twenty million competitors, right? So I need to do everything I can to to make it the best representation of me, my business, my product, my service, so that it can actually compete. Yes. Right? And it can do that competing for me.
Chelsea (20:27) I bring this up because not that I think you guys don't know that. I know that you know that, but at the same time when you're not being cognizant about your goals, yeah. It that changes the way that you do things.
Vivian (20:42) Listen, we're gonna be honest around here. We tell you guys we're gonna have the tough conversations. When you're out here too busy thinking about what TikTok real you know, not real, what TikTok 'cause real's Instagram. What TikTok video you're gonna be posting, you know? You're not I think our our focus has shifted so much and it's not
We are not blaming you. We are small business owners and we have to think about the way that people are finding information and the opportunities that we have, and we have a budget, so we want to maximize those free opportunities when we can. So we're not blaming you. You guys are doing the right stuff. What we want to say is just also don't forget that a website could be your biggest advocate and can be the thing that that can represent you the best.
best out in this big search world. Okay. People are going online, whether it's Google, whether it's Bing, whether it's all these other places, they're going online to find information. Let that be a really good representation. Yes. All right. So now, since we've go ahead.
Chelsea (21:52) That's what I'm calling it for now on the search world. The se now on the search world.
Vivian (21:55) Search world
out in the we gotta think of something better. Not the search world.
Chelsea (22:04) I like the Search world. It kinda reminds me of the dark web.
Vivian (22:08) The web is dark, y'all, okay.
Chelsea (22:11) There's the dark web and the search world.
Vivian (22:13) Well, since we're talking about just how people find information, sure. Can we please unveil the big treasure? We are about to open this treasure chest up, you guys, okay? To show you yes, the latest update to Google Search Console. So it's so
It's so good. When you think about the way that people look for information and where they could potentially find your small business, Google's been around for a while, so we're like, okay, yeah, they'll go to Google and the name of the game is try to land higher in those search results.
Which is why people were utilizing and leveraging Google Search Console because they're like it it gives me all the indicators to be able to play the game better and to be able to get my website up towards the top of these search results on page one. Okay. Now they're adding a layer. Go binge all of our episodes because you will remember. We had a discussion prior to when Google actually
actually started in the search results they created a new tab specifically for short videos. Yes. Chelsea where were they pulling those short videos from?
Chelsea (23:22) They
were pulling it from TikTok and Instagram.
Vivian (23:25) Yes. So they're pulling it from social media, meaning it was kind of like this little clue that, like, hey guys, we understand that people are now going to TikTok to find restaurants. We now understand that people are going to Instagram Reels to find fashion advice. Okay. And we realize that all of these social media platforms are another avenue for products and services to sell. Yes. Okay.
Them integrating it into Google search results now means that these social media platforms, the content, the post, the videos that you are sharing on them officially becomes part of your search footprint.
Chelsea (24:07) Yes. There are so many implications with this new update that I love. For one, this comes back to, again, if you haven't listened to our previous episodes, go listen specifically to our episode where we talk about the new SEO, which is search everywhere optimization. Yes, because we're we as a society have moved past only using search engines to search for things. Now we're using
social media and Reddit and chat bots and all this stuff, so we had to update
Vivian (24:43) Delia catalogues.
Chelsea (24:45) WHAT?
Vivian (24:47) You d you guys you don't remember the catalog days. You used to get catalogs from like these companies, Sears and all of that. And you flip through there.
Chelsea (24:56) Yeah, kinda like a holiday.
Vivian (24:59) Yeah, but but they would do it like every month. So to show you like the actual new that that's how they share that's how they sold their products.
Chelsea (25:07) my gosh. Yeah. that's so cute. Do you remember holiday guides? I remember holiday guide guides. So like you'd get the the guide and as a child you circle the things you want for Christmas. Did you ever get any of those things? I mean Probably not. No, not really. But it was fun. It was a fun thing to do.
Vivian (25:29) Which this is such a tangent, but um Santa Claus last year made a mistake and he instead of it said on the name tag to Vivian from Santa and then it my name was crossed out and it was to Chelsea from Santa. So apparently Santa in our household decides last minute that he wants to switch up the gifts and yeah.
Chelsea (25:53) He decided that it was for me instead of you. Did I know what it was?
Vivian (25:58) Do you guys know what it was?
Wasn't it coal?
Chelsea (26:04) Was it?
Vivian (26:07) I think I was
Chelsea (26:07) I think it was weights
Vivian (26:11) No We don't even remember. Moving on.
Chelsea (26:12) Whoa, real quick, when you said there was a mix up, I thought you were gonna say it said from Satan instead of Santa
Vivian (26:19) Yeah.
Chelsea (26:20) Yeah.
Vivian (26:23) Okay.
Chelsea (26:26) Can I finish my thoughts?
Vivian (26:27) Getting Christmas presents from Satan. I'm gonna be very worried, okay? Very worried. This episode of the SOB Marketing Podcast is brought to you by the SOB community. Chelsea (27:10) To finish my thought, Vivian, this also has huge implications for businesses that are focusing on an omnichannel marketing strategy, which one we have talked about before. Go listen to that episode. Two, I feel like as small business owners, you should be focusing on an omnichannel strategy. Sure. But this helps you because it now there's more in one place.
Vivian (27:40) I see what I'm saying? Like it's super convenient to have all of that in Google also feeding into it. Yes.
Chelsea (27:48) in in one platform you can see more information and it helps you with your omni channel marketing strategy. Vivian, could you explain for a second what that is? Just in case people don't know what we're talking about.
Vivian (28:03) Okay, so can we talk about the update first though? Because I think you're a lu you're touching on it but we haven't officially told you what the update was.
Chelsea (28:10) OH, I'm so sorry, I forgot we hadn't actually mentioned the update
Vivian (28:14) Yeah, because what well, the reason we hadn't is because I wanted to lead in by just kind of letting you guys know, you know, the change of them of Google creating that tab to now include in search results short videos to be able to stream your information, your videos in there from these social media platforms. That was the first kind of like clue that like, hey, this is becoming really important. We see you guys out there sharing really great information and we want to take
advantage of that and connect people with these videos that you guys are creating that answer their questions or you know help them find the product and service that they're looking for. Then they were like, let's take it one step further and in July of this year, Chelsea, so just a couple months ago, what
Chelsea (29:02) Twenty twenty six
Vivian (29:03) 2026, what was the big change they did?
Chelsea (29:06) You can now track data for how people are finding your social media posts
Vivian (29:12) Yeah, so remember.
Chelsea (29:14) your content. Just your content overall.
Vivian (29:16) Yes, and there are specific platforms that they allow you to integrate in there. Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. If you are using any of these, you need to go into Google Search Console and you need to add them as a property. Okay. Okay, so that was the part that's part of the reason I wanted us to talk about the technical part where how you actually integrate what you want it to track data for. because remember I told you you can you can actually include
More than one website and web page and URL and all this. So now if you go in there, go into Google Search Console, add a property, choose whether you want it to be your YouTube channel, your Instagram, your TikTok X. Then once you connect those, you will actually be able to see data for.
How people are finding those videos. Okay. How how many people are clicking on, which ones they're clicking on. And the reason that's important is because you should want to know what search terms people are looking for because it'll create opportunities for you to, I don't know, create different types of content, repurpose a certain you know, videos that you have. All of this is very, very exciting because
All of that hard work, the dedication, the time commitment, the video scripting, editing, posting captions, all of that effort you've put forth into these social media platforms, you can now see yea what is actually driving people to your business.
Chelsea (31:00) You can see very clearly what's working when it comes to conversion.
Vivian (31:04) And Chelsea I also want to encourage people to think of it this way. you may be saying, but Instagram has their own analytics.
Chelsea (31:12) Sure, they do. But this way you can see from a Google search perspective what's going on.
Vivian (31:21) Right. Or when they're looking something up in Google and your video, because remember, this is the other thing that Google is now doing is that AI overview at the top where they try to give you a very concise response, they actually will put videos in there. So like I've had this happen to me where like I'm looking for maybe a particular recipe that has certain ingredients in it. It will literally at the top
in AI overview, tell me some options, and then it will embed the video of somebody on TikTok showing the the recipe for this particular thing. You guys, if you're landing in their AI overview, you want to know. You want to know which of your TikTok videos is landing in that overview And then leading people to click on it to increase your views.
So that's the thing that, like you said, everything is connected. You want to be able to connect those dots and see where people are clicking, where they're coming from, all of this. But the picture may be a little incomplete if you are just relying on the analytics from the social media platform, especially now since you can find all this other stuff in other places besides the actual TikTok app or Instagram app.
Chelsea (32:40) Yeah, because Vivian, I'm thinking about it. Do you does Instagram count it as a view when it shows the video on Google?
Vivian (32:54) It does count it as a view because you're playing it. Like in order for you to see the Instagram video, you have to have like the Instagram account. Like you know what I mean? So it does count it goes towards your views, but you're not knowing really where that's stemming from. Okay. Like and that's what I'm saying. It's incomplete just because you can't see what search terms somebody was looking for that led them to actually click on that video.
Absolutely. And the the great thing about this is I think what may may end up happening for a lot of you out there, once you go to Google Search Console, you add these social media platforms in there, I guarantee you some of this data is gonna surprise you. Okay. And I'm not telling you which parts of it because it could depending on your business, it could be multiple things, but I do think that for some of you the surprise may be in the fact that you have a video
that people are clicking on for a search term that you're like, I like I would have never guessed, right? And so the opportunity then there is can I go back and reshoot the video, same content, just maybe from a different angle, right? From a different perspective. And then that would lead to more eyeballs and ultimately more people being introduced to my business.
Chelsea (34:14) Our reuse, repurpose, recycle episode.
Vivian (34:18) That's right. We have an episode for everything.
Chelsea (34:20) we really do. Vivian, I do have a question. If this is for very specific platforms, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. I'm surprised that Facebook isn't involved.
Vivian (34:32) Yeah, I don't know if potentially that's because Instagram is more of the short form video and I know that Facebook has now like they're pushing people to post reels and stuff. it may just be a matter of time when they go in and and add stuff. I do think that they probably focused on the short form video platforms that had the most
I guess uploads maybe. You know what I'm saying?
Chelsea (35:06) See, but then why is X there?
Vivian (35:08) because X people are using X a lot for video stuff. okay. Well see. I don't know what's going on. Yeah. I mean
Chelsea (35:15) Okay, well I don't it comes to X.
Vivian (35:17) they didn't just pluck these out of, you know, the clear blue sky. There was there was probably data that was leading their decision on which ones to launch first. But for now, as of July twenty twenty six, you guys can go in and add
Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube as a property in Google Search Console so that you can start tracking all this stuff
Chelsea (35:42) Okay.
Vivian, can we go back to omni channel marketing?
Vivian (35:45) yes, I forgot that you had asked. Okay, omni yes, omnichannel. the what is the other term that we use that we used to use so much? multi-channel. Multi-channel. Okay. The best way to kind of be able to keep omnichannel marketing straight in your head is remember when we used to use multi-channel marketing, what we meant is you would take a campaign or something and you would
push that messaging across several platforms. Okay. So whether that be the billboards, the website, this and that, same message, but you're pushing this information through multiple platforms. Sure. Omni channel is different in the sense that at the center. You have a nucleus that is gonna be your potential customer Or the user audience, whatever. And then
Everything else is gonna stem from there. And so what really what it does is it changes your mindset to understand that with omnichannel marketing, your primary concern is how the person that you're trying to attract moves through all of the different channels. So it's less about pushing your messaging out and more about what is the experience that they're getting when they're on the website and is that
Consistent with the experience that they're getting when they call into the storefront and is it consistent with what they're seeing on the billboards and all of this? So it it kind of creates more of an environment where you're focused on consistency and then also the person at the top is your target audience, not your message. So it's not about you, it's about them.
Chelsea (37:29) Yes. So with Omni Channel what I like to remember is one, it's about your consumer and two, it's about moving flawlessly between all of the different platforms and all the different ways that someone could interact with you. And that's why this is huge because it very seamlessly makes it easy for you to see all this data about multiple different platforms, Google Search.
But then also Instagram and also X all in one spot. That is very helpful.
Vivian (38:02) I love that perspective of it because when we're here for you guys, small business owners, we want nothing more than to provide you with resources or tools that are gonna help make your life easier because we want you to have a life outside of your small business, okay? We want you to actually enjoy the thing. Like enjoy life, okay? We want you to go out there, have fun, ride roller coasters, jump from planes, do all that stuff, okay? But are you doing all those things? I mean
no, I was thinking about jumping from planes earlier time. I mean so
Chelsea (38:33) I mean I have jumped from a plane. So let's do it as a family.
Vivian (38:37) Well dad asked about it, so I kind of
Chelsea (38:40) They
are. This is quite the we're gonna jump out of a plane as a family, we're all gonna get piercings as a family.
Vivian (38:46) Follow us on YouTube to
Maybe
we should start a family channel.
Chelsea (38:52) What this has gone too far, Vivian get to your point.
Vivian (38:56) Now
all that to say, Google Search Console is just one tool that can concisely give you insight into all of these. So like you're saying, it if you're worried about time management, using this tool can help you a lot. Okay. And also providing you know, just seeing how people are actually being exposed to your business, being introduced to your business. All of that's super important.
Chelsea (39:23) Expose yourself to your audience.
Vivian (39:25) That's why you're getting Christmas presents from Satan, okay? That's why I figure it out.
